If I had the power, I would help a baby bird to fly. I would teach it how to use its wings. I would catch it if it fell. I would make it believe in itself. If I had the power, I would help the mother on minimum wage.

Even if only until tomorrow or even until next weekend it never gets easier.   You learn to cherish moments, memories, time. In the blink of an eye they leave.  
Yes Sergeant, yes.  I’ll do your bidding. Take your orders and dress to your fitting. Wield my weapon to protect my nation. Yet, know in my heart there’s no relation.  
They've shined our fancy shoes, and sewn patches on our blues. They've cleaned our combat boots, and ironed some brand new suits. They've shaved hair off our head and taught us to sleep with no bed.  
He's one more night without his mom He wishes she could see how much he's grown The mom suffers the effects of a bomb Desperate to survive and come back home   He hasn't written to her in a while

They earn their title from sweat blood and silent tears. They well never regret being called a United States Marine. That’s right there marines they are known for their intelligence and survival rates.

I am from the infantry. From soldiers who have fought to their death. Through deployments and basic training, they triumph over all. I am from a war that gave us freedom.
Stand straight, stand tall, stand proud don't you dare give up. your strength, my strength... it is all we have back straight, feet together, now they are apart must be perfect

As just a boy you made your decision to become a man, you thought long and hard and didn't take a thing for granted it was in your final year of childhood that you chose to take a stand
Walking off the airplane he stands proudly in his camis. I waited to see this day ever since he last boarded the plane.
He might be just a photograph, but I know he's more than that despite what people say. His love and words are stronger than steel, the distance won't make me stop loving him.
