I was twelve and rebellious,
far from God and home at curfew,
and my mother worried.
Of course, the logical way for any modern mother to solve her daughter's issues-

Poem by: The Poetic Truth Productions By Nini
She was innocent
But yet she was found guilty
Devoted to making society a better place,
There once was a peaceful creature hidden away in a sweet cedar forest. The forest was ancient with beautiful features, but never a stranger or tourist
Dear Jackson,
Picture this, soft.
thin arms
dainty wrists
baby pink
a soft pink, the kind that glows on the skin, and grows in the cheeks.
We live in a world that takes a little bit too much advantage from us
We live in a world that expects each and every living individual to be far from perfect
Well, I squeak and I switched when I saw them coming,
They are about to bruise me again,
And they caught up with me,
What have I got to say?
It's a world so cold when you're living with the harsh one,
Can somebody call for help...
Get me out of this cell...
I don't belong here...in this insane asylum...
It just amazes me...
That nobody cares..
That I am stuck...in this insane asylum...
I met a friend, white as snow
He walked a million miles,
Two hundred times the Nile,
To face his foe
They might not be present for our entire lives,
but we will always be there for theirs.
Apart of our family and always in our hearts,
The wagging tails and innocent eyes wait for our return from home,
Little, brown curls that flow softly down
The brightest, bluest eyes
Fair skin
Gentle touch
Innocent smile
She's beautiful
Like a little, glass doll
She's fragile too
White as snow,
The beautiful rose.
So fragile its petal,
Hiding the thorns.
The thorns that it hates,
For it ruins its beauty.
It ruins its purity.
Among the red roses
She belongs not.
Sunglasses worn to hide your eyes.
Spinning around using bonucular vision to spy.
Looking around and waiting for any reaction.
Trapped in your own extravaganza.
At the zoo.
The circus.
I've been innocent since forever
But forever never came
So I've been lying in this bed awake
While my dreams chase after me
They've been calling out my name
As I look back at their stitched mouths
The wind will blow away my sin
Copper devils wait in the tall grass
I walk on doves feet across the clouds
Fallow my feelings little fish
Sing about rain
I sometimes wish I was a monster
Fresh new curls wrapped tight like metal coils.
Skin rubbed raw, lavender soap staining her pores.
Teeth scrubbed clean, once, twice, three times just to be sure.
Crisp white shoes.
Cease and desist
Or else suffer the consequence
We live in a police state
Corruption is rampant
Forces of racists and brutatlity reign
Another innocent gunned down, bring a city to fame
Screaming bloody murder, but no one can hear the cries
Cannot hold on forever, can hardly put up a fight
Locked inside a cold room, lying on the hard floor
Beaten in the gloom, here be he prisoners of war
Don't be a brat! BAM BAM Stop being stupid! BAM BAM You need to learn! BAM BAM Don't fucking talk to me!
Hearing the screaming and shouting in my house,
I don't know what to do but grip my blouse.
I used to think "This is where it all ends",
But I looked past that and started to ascend.
With wings on her feet and sun filled clouds in her mind
The little girl smiled so the flowers bloomed
And the pixies came out to play
Nightingales sang and crickets played
Shy gnomes giggled
Sir no sir.
Please leave me alone sir.
Let me sleep sir..
This isn't rite please don't touch me....
I'm only 11; you're 50..
Sick heart, dripping with gasoline,
fueled by the cigarettes thrown like darts
the whip’s bullseye that tore her apart,
innocent and caged, helpless to cleanse itself,
gives in to the rage,
I started just like any other
clean and pure and a heart that was whole
Innocence started to fleet
learned to walk on my own two feet
Infants, toddlers, new-borns
*Cutest wittle cheeks I’ve ever seen!*
BABIES.
They were the last two of the sweetest and most ripe apples
From the tree whose roots lay the foundation of mankind
violent lashes result from smokeless actions,
he was attracted to the sight of pain with the haymakers
you rain to reign through fear, you care less who's
Steel rafts of ocean hands
Pearl into icy depths
Piercing through its smooth skin
Breaking the shocks of energy
Through thick blue
The stars; so far yet so near.
Though impossible, I can feel their soft whispers through the night.
Rippling in my ear, each has a story to tell,
A story of the beginning, the now, and the end.
What would you consider calm?
Maybe a tropical palm
Or a vibrant butterfly on an infant’s
Sprouting hair
Yet even a single tulip
Amidst the life that’s bare
Or a teeming cub
Innocence is chaste, its pure
Positive connotations to infinity
Make a quick rotation
A span of eighteen minutes.
An American Airlines Boeing 767,
Very low.
A span of eighteen minutes.
Heavy black smoke billowed into
The sky.
A span of eighteen minutes.
Lay down your head my childI promise things will be better when your eyes openAnd when the night becomes dayWe will still be together forever and always
The future is unknown to anyone.
All we can hope for is the best,
Until this short life is done.
Blue, brown, hazel eyes of all earthly guest
Yeah, I'm white
Never Been in a fight
But my dream is to knock out some lights
Talkin' 'bout dreams,
one-a mine's to be free
Ya see, my parents lock me down with a key
Yo, little do you know about me
Wishes after another, every star I see,
every star that makes me believe,
is a leaf on a tree.
Ready to take sail with the wooshes of a wind
Undeveloped or maybe impossible.
Can I wisp over the mountains,
Like the thin streams of mist?
Might I whistle through the pines,
With the wind's quiet hiss?
Why should we be the ones to pay?
All we ever did was grow up
Innocent, curious, human.
We were born into this world
Through no fault of our own.
Our only sin is living.
So why do we pay their debts?
'I love you...' I whisper, across the expansethe gaping darkness, the thrilling chance?
My heart it slows,as you turn and leave me,I stand in the snow, alone, wondering bleakly.
The sweet reverie of a little girl in a Cinderella dress
Does not hold a demise
For no person shall attempt to withhold her
She has imagination creativity innocence virtue
Let her twirl
Castles to Cancer
I am on top of the world
Nik, my cousin, and I can go anywhere, be anything
The only restraint is the back yard, but thats okay, we do'nt need to leave the house to travel.
Cancer is nothing but a thief.
Steals from children, adults, and animals alike
but has given to me much grief
When I was but a child at the age of seven
cancer that thief turned my life upside down
They think they're helping,But the innocent are convicted.Liars, hateful peopleAll for one cause; to ruin his life. One lie can ruin the lives of manyThis lie mainly ruined his.
As long as a need exists,
I will write;
The innocent must have voice,
I will fight.
For babies in the womb,
They must see light.
For a beaten woman,
They must not fear the night.
Whoever it was who said that war is heroic
Never stood in the midst of one.
Never felt the heat of a gun
Or heard the CRACK of bone
pierced by a hunk of lead.
I don't understand
why the world is filled with violence
or why people hurt others.
I don't understand
why innocent men, women, and children are killed
when they had so much potential
She wraps her tiny hand around my thumb
as tears run down my face.
Her green eyes ask so many questions
that I just can't answer.
Not now.
I felt the frost on my tongue, because I was growing young and the sun didn't shine from the words I spoke. I kissed a flower as I smelled a delicate perfume and walked in a cold garden among a cold world.
He stuck his head out
And like a chain reaction the trigger was pulled by a very weak limb.
The face that slaughtered the innocent shall not live, there was no doubt.
We knew the rugged appearance belonged to Him.
Wait Blue Beloved, I want to tell you, let’s snuggle forever, and stay with me in bed sweetheart
Times will seem too hard to bear and I will feel like life is giving up on me
I never knew this will happen
Innocent children
Teacher risking their own lives
Gun shots
Boom, Boom
Children hiding in the bathroom
To escape the scene
Some were sadly not saved
I never knew this will happen
Innocent children
Teacher risking their own lives
Gun shots
Boom, Boom
Children hiding in the bathroom
To escape the scene
Some were sadly not saved
All the lies they told me should send someone to PRISON/and yet it has on the account of no JUDGES decision
"How?", so often the question is asked/
Well, like this/
