What You Don't Know

She has a smile even the stars can’t outshine

But if you look in her eyes, she’s breaking inside

She walk around with confidence, her chin always up

But she's secretly insecure, and scared of being judged

She's always there when you need a friend

But spends her own times of need alone crying in bed

She encourages self-love, and positive body image

But stopped eating long ago so she wouldn't gain weight

She tells people they shouldn't self-harm

But has rows of cuts and burns on her arms

She says suicide is wrong, that you shouldnt kill yourself

But has already written her note, and planned her way out
