Panic Attack

It is something that is invisible and difficult to see

yet at the same time you know something is wrong with me

the feeling of an invisible knife that pierces through the heart

there is no danger but it feels like an invisible dart

The adrenaline in the blood begins to rush

Suddenly, I realize I see myself blush

fear that controls you until you are in oblivion

and the physical body which produces muscle tension

The fear is of the unknown and known

It is like when you are anxious about paying back your loan

or something you said, humiliated, that has been shown

whether you like it or not your body has this, your property, something you own
