Just a shoe
please sir may I have a shoe
I know I shouldn't ask
for bare foot I have rough and tumbled
through the dirt tracks of my past
you may feel one shoe only
is such a strange request
WHERE AM I ?
WHERE AM I MY WORLD ?
YOU HAVE GONE MATERIALISTIC,
WHERE AM I MY WORLD?
I CAN'T SEE MYSELF.
WHAT IS IT MY WORLD?
AM I BEING CRUSHED!
WHY YOU HAVE CHANGED?
BORN TO WIN
THE SPACES WERE HIDDEN,
AS IF IT WAS FORBIDDEN.
NO ONE KNOWS WHY THEY GONE,
WHEN VOICE RAISED THERE WAS NONE.
PEOPLE USED TO FORCE THEM EVER,
My attitude is mine, it does not reflect on you personally
I do not have the energy for that
Not to mention the world revolves around the sun not you
My attitude reflects on my inner workings
Sleep I say as her eyes grow heavy
as I brush my fingers lightly against her face
I lul her to sleep telling her how I adore her
whispering sweet nothings in her ear
which results in her snuggling closer to me

Our World,
twisting and turning everyday,
with a new surprise,
waiting each and every way.
My world,
surrounded by uncertainty and surprise,
not ever knowing,
if I am anywhere near my demise.
The little things
freedom
laughter
smiles
games
relaxation
sleep
music

I swear to you there’s stars in his eyes, bright
Blue like an ocean never ending, begging
You to jump in, tempting
You wanna know what's in my heart,
Take a closer look cause it's been there from the start.
It stares you in the face each and everyday
It's not hidden, cause I express it in such a way.
Along the island’s shore lay the remnants of the ships debris.
The salty air from the ocean breeze fills my lungs and burns deep.
My eyes squint at the dominant sun, and my skin sizzles from the blistering heat.
Don't deny it. You aren't who you once were, life has progressed, life has gotten harder, and the world isn't the happy fun place it used to be.
The moment I enter,
my body freezes.
I don't know I'm there
but I know I'm here.
The joy to be here
kills the motive to be there.
As a dream comes true
my world becomes fake.
Why I write seems such a complex question to pose,
With so many shimmering answers to reply with that shout for attention,
In my soul.
I hope we're seeing eye to eye.
It seems you're seeing different,
I don't want things to feel indifferent.
I'm probably in the sky,
flying with the fishes, or maybe
in the ocean, swimming with the pigeons,
I live in a world
Where silence is the loudest voice
An immense expanse of nothing
That is filled with everything
My Senses are heightened to extreme limits
Colors are more vivid than any rainbow in paradise
