My W_A_Y

I am not a stereotype

So leave your uneducated black girl

Fried chicken

And nigga behind

Don’t characterize me by the color of my cashew skin

But instead, take a deeper look with in

I’m more than just a pretty blue eyed face

But baby I am charismatic, complex and fun loving every which way

Sometime I make it look easier then it seems

You yea , you

SHUT UP just …

SHUT … up …please

Ya see I don’t like to play these games

And I’m tired of the “No more secret white girl they say”

Still, I’m dumb founded

What does it matter?

We were all born by God’s say

Its whatever though because I love continuously

I just ask that since now that you see “me”

Take a step back and

understand my W-A-Y – way
