From the Cat's Perspective
Location
She shut the door in my face
I am no longer welcome in this place
I guess I’ll just sit on the stairs
And every time she passes, I will stare
I plainly call out my displeasure
But I am no longer her treasure
She traipses around with a new boy
I bet he thinks he’s real coy
I can see right through him
If I could, I would shred through his limbs
She ignores me now
But soon she’ll realize that he’s just a cow
We’ve been together for thirteen years
And I make him uncomfortable with my leers
Soon he’ll be out the door
And I’ll take my rightful place once more
