There was one day,
When the world was hid away,
That time in place did stay.
The sun was high,
Up in the sky,
And summer didn't fly by.

I frolicked in meadows,
Pranced around my frozen fellows,
And never did I feel mellow.

But summer light faded,
And I retreated,
Beginning the game I waited.
Life resumed and I discovered,
That I had enjoyed a Secret Summer.
