My fathers eyes

When I was born you were next to me,

Then I grew and you gave me your hand,

I remember your look, your dreams, your eyes shined they could talk.

Something happened that Autumn your laughter was lost

I still don't understand

I think of the past I think of you

You gave me life and all your knowledge.

You used to dry the tears child years bring, and call me your little inspiration.

A trail that leads to you.

But you never said goodbye your eyes just vanished.
