My Day-Dream Dresses Like You.

my day-dream dresses like you.

i just thought you ought to know;

nothing i am is true.

this stupid mask is all for show;

sometimes i can barely see through.

right now i can't even make the words flow,

i feel like a pot full of sand;

each pillar leaves me shaking as it goes.

soon i won't be able to stand.

can't see my future bloom a rose

no longer am i so grand.

walk the blade and come so close.

to death, and to life as i stand.

peel back lie by lie and expose,

not just by others was i misunderstood.

even to myself i am so unknown;

for my night mare dresses like my childhood.

so there is no way to stand but alone.
