a brief list of things I tend to forget
- I have friends.
- those friends care about me.
- sometimes I need someone to talk to.
- I can talk to my friends when I need someone to listen to me.
- I am not merely seeking attention because of this.
- my feelings are more valid than I think they are.
- the people who care about me will remind me of this:
- no matter what, I am never alone.
