The Larger The Room The Emptier The Space

Lonesome softly pounds

Whispers sweet sounds

Waits until day it ends

Paces and it depends

It asks for me to wait

Afraid I decide my fate

And I never make a change

Alone we never do gain

A home it never is the same

With no one there it mocks

Fluttering shutters talk

Bat your eyes

Close your windows

Make your cries

Wait while you whine

Clean the wood floor

Pace and what for?

When no one came before?

Time said do not ask for more

Still closed remains the steel door
