Laden with thoughts, like ripened fruit heavily hanging upon bent boughs memories weigh and must somehow attain release from the tree that is my mind. Still and quiet contemplating

If I reach up To touch the sky
A unicorn slain by any other name still brings a curse. When the letter of the law is to forbid emotion, society crumbles in its wake. “No justice!” screams the pot, “a curse for a curse!” exclaims the kettle.
Solitude taught me something
A thousand universes aligned To being us tonight, tomorrow, and forever Some call it fated, destined, or something like that It's actually pure dumb luck The odds are astronomical This is the impossible
The Sun rises. Glory, Happiness, New Life.   The Sun moves. Progress, Change,  Lessons learned.   The Sun sets. Hardship, Upheaval, Violence.  
I see the line of water Kissing the the top of my head My hair sticks out slightly The cool breeze of life caressing it And there I stay
When you step past the depth of life You step into a world of confusion Almost like a parallel universe Or just a simplistic illusion. You fall into a mirror world But never see your face.
