I write this from the park where football used to play.
Where our songs used to sing .
Where wooden guns used to shoot.
But football played plays no more
Songs sung sing no more
Shots shot shoot no more
The flowers spew from your mouth,Your insides are ripped and torn,You body is like a dilapidated house,The bursting flora pouring from a shaking form,Each ripping growth revealing a new thorn
This smile is only a fragment, in fear of hate.
This life is controlled, by the fear of hate.
slit my wrists everyday
swing on a noose the pain will stay
blow off my head
Just more holes for the tears
i have no one to hold
haven't felt loved in years
I could jump off a tower
Darkness has fallen
All the hues of the earth have dripped off into the universe
And the last ray of light has hid itself long ago from dependent eyes.
As I sit upon my window seal, the distorted images I make of creation,
If the walls could talk the secrets would flow
The hatred will grow
That's why we hope nobody knows
But the walls talk
They know what I did this summer
And while the darkess spreads
Cup runneth over
I write not with words
Of pen
But of thoughts
That build from
Dark and grey
Through pain and wonder
I write my words
This is the tale of man in his boat;
So worn, so tattered, barely stayed afloat.
Late in the evening, no luck on his side,
He came into shore on the first riptide.
Trapped in a glass cage,
No room to move,
To expand and grow.
I feel pathetic,
And so hungry.
Squandered in a clear prison,
I can see bright beams of hope.
Trapped in a glass cage,
No room to move,
To expand and grow.
I feel pathetic,
And so hungry.
Squandered in a clear prison,
I can see bright beams of hope.
