UNFILTERED

Like the stars effortlessly twinkle against the roaring engines of travelling planes through the night

Like the leaves tumble swiftly this way and that through an autumn breeze

Just as the sun says goodnight with its radiant, reminiscent, golden glow

Though violent sinkholes suck innovation and originality through the ground

And lightning bolts strike the beauty of imperfection

And the devilish poison of hate and doubt strive to cloud the atmosphere

I encourage everyone to be like the acorns that have been buried into the ground and sprinkled with the hope of a child that they will one day sprout into a tree full of life

True aspirations and feelings deserve to be unapologetic

Because it is vulnerability and weirdness that makes the world evolve

So become a mouth full of laughter

Become a lunatic dancing through the dark alleyways

Spread smiles like pollen

Like pounding rain and howling snowflakes and heat waves

They’re not ashamed…
