Two Sides

No thank to mani-pedis

I'll pass on the spa

Spend your paycheck on produce

I'll pick mine from my yard

Enjoy your skinny soy mocha latte

Water from a hose taste best to me

Brag about your designer purse

This burlap is fine for me.

Slip out of Egyptian cotton

Into a warm mud bath

I'll dive in head first, well

More correctly I fell on my ass.

Lavish in silk

Spun in remote

I found a cotton shirt

According to this

Made in Vietnam.

Different ideas of luxury

Your's involves pampering

Fine wine and diamonds.

I'll take running in rain

Stomping through mud

Any day of the week.

Just know one thing

That I ask you to

Best friends forever

That's you and me.
