The Tie That Binds

Been thinking too much about you
And its filling me with dread
My soul is screaming for its mate
Cant silence the noise in my head
You cut me deep once before
Im still trying to stop the bleeding
How can i follow my heart
When i cant see where it's leading?
Clouding my vision
Blocking my view
Blind me with lies
So i cant see the truth
You just cant repair the damage done
But i know you're not the only one
With hands too shaky to fix this
I've tried to stitch this tightly
But its bursting at the seams
With skeletons and broken bones
Of unfulfilled, forgotten dreams
And records of regrets are
Playing over in our minds
We just want it all to end
And its the only tie that binds us
