Tapestry of Growth

I think I’m growing

I’m not sure

I’m aware of my lack of direction in this world

I want to grow

I feel the time begin to tick

as it counts me by

Its waiting for my hatching day

The day I realize I’ve already been born

And it’s time to follow my future dorm

A place of certainty yet still amiss

As nothing is certain or set in stone

Our future is a string that we can weave

Into a beautiful tapestry

There’s bound to be some obvious holes

Or streaks of unknown color schemes

But nonetheless it’s strong and holds

And nonetheless it is still me
