Paradise

Location

Walking slowly

my head faced down

but it is too dark

to see the ground

Into the unknown

I keep walking Still

into my skin it pierces

the cold deathly chill

It is no use to cry

there is no one near

to listen to my calls for help

or wipe away my tears

Then all of a sudden

a light starts to show

through the weary sky

its bright reflection grows

The light comforts me

warms up my cold skin

embraces me in its glow

allows me to smile again

Slowly but surely

the damage around goes away

Paradice surrounds me

promising it will stay
