Tears are the cure to sadness,

Bottling them up so none can see.

Trying to find happiness,

Allowing myself to be free.

Nobody knows the pain I feel,

Words wont help me now.

My broken heart just wont heal.

People are bringing me down.

I don't know how much longer,

My eyes cant hold out anymore.

Not crying to prove I'm stronger,

Just wanna be a bird and soar.

I think of all my sorrows,

Knowing I won't be better for a while.

Pushing things off until tomorrow,

Never going to really smile.
