Someone with self harm on their mind is not "doing alright",
Someone with darkness in their eyes cannot "see the light",
Dont yell at them and blame them for things that aren't their fault, 
Cause they will believe it.
They will believe that it is their fault.
They will believe that they are oh so small
and that the world is out to get them all the time.
They close their bedroom doors and lay on their bed,
thinking and wondering if they'd be better off dead.
Sadly some find the answer to be yes
And it shouldn't be.
It should be no.
They need your help,
Everyone needs everyone elses help.
They should think:
I am good enough, and i don't need others to tell me so to believe it.
All i need is my own opinion.
