My Family is My Strength

The thing that makes me breath,

The thing that means the most to me,

Is family.

I trust them for everything,

With no doubt, I believe,

My family means everything to me.

They make me laugh,

They’re with me when I cry,

And they’re my emergency contact.

My siblings and my parents will always be there for me,

And I will always love them.

Even when we fight,

Even if our world has turned upside down,

We stand with each other,

Strong with our need to support,

And no matter what succeeds in taking us down,

We will rise, together, again.
