Kindness

A word that is

Thrown

                                                         Around

Every

                                                         Day

Yet when said never seems to weigh

And when said seems to be gray

When I see someone in need

I try to do the good deed

Though often times very small

I need to start out somewhere

Like a baby when it learns to crawl

Until today when I finally know how to share

Now it is just a habit

I'm just trying to be a good abbot

A thank you here

A thank you there

It builds upon tier after tier

Before I know it

It becomes second nature

Everywhere I to go becomes lit

Though I'm not a teacher

I use my actions

Then people start to notice

To start my traction

It no longer

Seems

                                                      To

Be

                                                     Thrown

Around

All becasue of one thing

Kindness
