Just Once

Location

Just once… That’s what she said once to ease the pain
That once turned to twice and that twice to just one more time
Slowly the blood seeped onto the floor
And that just once more slowly ended her life

Not knowing how to ease the pain she continued
slowly marring that once perfect porcelain skin
But it was supposed to be just once…
Once to ease the pain

Once that’s all it was supposed to be
More blood staining the knife a dark Crimson
The more she cut the better she felt until the guilt seeped in
More scares

More lies about the origins
The Cat, The Knife slipped
More lies to hide the Pain
I’m fine, Dont worry

While little by little
the soul dies
The pain is nothing but a dull stinging
Love all but lost

The blade dulls the pain for a little while
then Guilt sets in
Just once Can be just once to much
Just once can cost you your life

Just once… That’s what she said once to ease the pain
That once turned to twice and that twice to just one more time
Slowly the blood seeped onto the floor
And that just once more slowly ended her life
