The Immigrant's Nation

Land of the free

And home of the brave

That’s what they’d say. Yes,

That’s what they say.

But then like a plague

Greed swept through by day

And hate set by night. Yes,

Now they’re afraid.

All those who were different

Those who disobeyed

Sent out of the country. Yes,

Out into the fray.

Great walls would be built!

Like Berlin and China

“It protects you,” they’d say. Yes,

That’s what they say.

But just as they’d say

This is the home of the brave

Not scared to speak out. Yes,

That’s what we say.

So tear down the wall

Give back our friends and our family

Make us a country that’s free

for more than just the white and manly.

We want the young and the old,

We want the left and the right,

We want friends of all colors,

We want an end to this fight,

We want to wave our flag proudly,

We want compromise not wars,

We want a land with open borders,

We want allies past our shores.

And we might need their help

To fix all that’s been made

Make America great again

Restore the U.S. of A.

Once again we could say. Yes,

Then we could say.

Land of the free

And home of the brave
