It was a warm august afternoon that you caught my eye

I never thought that your big brown eyes would make me feel so high.

It wasn't long until you were the only thing on my mind

Few weeks passed by, you saw me at school, I couldn't help but think it was a sign

We fell inlove, a kind that was a forbidden love.

Days had passed and we got in deeper , of course everyone thought it was dumb love, young love.

Through the hardships and the pain that went along with us, we never lost it for a second.

No one could hurt the bond we had, no one could hurt what we had.

Our forbidden love was only accepted for a minute.

What we thought was unbreakable was torn away in less than a second.

It was as fast as a tornado tearing away a town.

No one cared what we wanted, they just hoped after they took us away we wouldn't drown.

Baby if I have to admit it, I never knew love before or after you.

We couldn't live without eachother but who knew?

Few weeks passed by, you started to lose yourself, and I couldn't save you.

It was hard watching you drift away, you were the only one I could look too.

It began to be months since I last saw you, who we all knew you once were.

It's like we all became a blur.

It was only nine months unil we could be together again.

Did heartbreak feel like needles like they said, or was it more of a chest pain?

No one really knows what was going on in your head.

All I know is, it's not fair that we could never be together again.

I thought I'd forever stare into those big brown eyes..

I guess when you said "Forever" it was a more simple version of "Goodbye".
