Call it a home

Location

this isn't my home, it's a temporary hell

but I won't stand here and say, "Oh well"

I'm sick of this life, I'm sick of this pain

I'm tired of living, I'm mentally drained

I've fought and failed, put behind mental bars

like some sort of prison, from which I got scars

more than one per battle as I tried to fight

the monster inside without the gift of light

destroying the outside to reach the monster within

but bleeding out won't help you win

I'm here for you friend I won't leave you alone

we'll fight this together to make this a home.
