At first it started

Something like a joke or a game

but I soon found out

that the true winner

was brought to shame

for the first few seconds

everything was cool

everything was fine

but before I knew it

things began to change

before my own eyes

where as one laughed

we all laughed

now everyone laughed

but me

something isn’t right

it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to see

“Hey wait you guys

Are you bulling me?”

All shocked

Ecstatic

Not really thrown by the question

“Of course not friend

Just teaching you a lesson!”

Puzzled

The pieces don’t fit

“O friend

My friend

What lesson do you teach?”

He then cleared his throat

As if to give a speech

“Listen here friend

This is the best lesson of all

When the strong will rise

And the weak will fall

I’m only doing my duty by helping this trend…

Um it’s a part of life”
