Blight

Plagued with walls of doubt
My mind begins to fray
My thoughts beg to stray
And it all spills out

This mountain I have to mount
From this route I cannot stray
I promised myself, I would stay
Until my mind begins to spout

But I have to try
In order to stay alive
I cannot give up the fight

And even though my mind is fried
And this existence is my bane
I will fight this blight
