Amaranthine

Location

Tattoo my body with your touch and tongue,
And I will smear the ink against your skin.
So pressed together, blood and soul resung
Will lift us two, so heaven lets us in.

And we shall sit upon the golden throne,
But wrapped in touches, twisted, and entwined:
A Gord’an knot of flesh, we two are one
A constellation with the pearls aligned.

As stars will fall, we too shall drift to earth,
Grant wishes to the lonely wand’rers there
To find, as we, the others glowing warmth
To light the sky with passion and with care.

As wick from wax when melted cannot part,
So fused are we with blood from heart to heart.
