thirst

Try not to let them see you sweat, or in your case, glisten. But if ever your heart is heavy, your face wet, I'm always here to listen. Not just willing, baby I'm insisting. Let me kiss away, the stress of every day. Been working all day?
Thirst
Dried saliva
Spirit returned to the former old self
Cracks in the tongue
I become like a corpse
Heavy sweat
Dug in the dirt to find water
If this torment
Not Changing, O God
I’m 60% water
Every cell in my body is living
For that intricate H2O
I persevere to stretch
My ambitions
To be boundless
Like the water
That sneaks and slides
You
begin
to ponder
wondering how
shadows move among us like a good friend.
Yesterday you gave me water to drink
I was thirsty
feeling dry
speechless
too.
Young lust
Simmers deeper than a gigantic tidal wave
The vivacious fusion of the two bodies
Begins to peak into the uppermost realm of infatuation
As they cover each other with outer warmth
Fresh flesh bleeds upon the ancient grounds of history
Flesh that isn't our own
Those chunks of human life belong to our brothers and sisters born to delete the wrong doings of war sickened people.
They fight.
A talk with my conscious
He like me
I like him
Ahhh, no I don't
He's always on me.
Giving me hugs
What's wrong with that?
I don't like him
Or I'm not sure
Thirst, irrelevant right?Kind of like the air in the night. Not noticed unless exposed.Whether it's dry lips or undisclosed.A feeling seldom metuntil you're out of sweat
The swaying of the trees
Puts me at ease
In the midst of anger
The strong wind against my face
Brings me to reality
Realities of the world
