This is the story
Of a girl
Who had everything
But felt nothing
She wasn't beaten
She wasn't bullied
Her home life was fine
Barbed wire 'n bullets raked through a mind
Of sheer brilliance and beauty that's just been so blind
Why, oh why, does this torture keep true
Go feed on a mind with much less value!
I stood so tall, chin up to the sky
no one thought I'd fall, or come down a size
after all this time, the whole world can see
underneath this smile I'm fighting for a dream
A man's courage is a product of a man's desire.
A man's strength is synonymous with long lasting fire.
To live and to love makes man want to inspire.
Because to live and to love makes a man soar even higher.
