Can someone gimme danger?
I want to feel it in my veins
Gimme danger, oh my baby
And I'll feel your hand's embrace
My heart, can't you see?
Glasses covered with roses
Shattered as he closes the door behind him
Heart filled with devastation
Tears fill my eyes, asking why?
Mustering up the strength to pick up the pieces
When you don‘t know whether to hide
Or to run
Or to scream
When it becomes too hard to risk
To be honest,
I am wrongest,
When I pretend to perfection.
I shouldn't say
"I'm quite okay."
When it's not true anyway.
I'd like to be
To ev'rybody
The person who I ought to be.
