Self-worth on a piece of paper
A guaranteed confidence caper
We blame the students, not the system
Building up an anxiety kingdom
Einstein may have once said"Everyone's a genius.But if you judge a fish byIt's ability to climb a tree,It will live its whole lifeBeleiving that it's stupid."
There's more truth than you think to that.
A score.
A mocking, generic, monotonous score
defines us.
Humility, humanity, philanthropy,
do not matter, because only a score
defines us.
Years of hardwork shattered by
All of my life,
I've been subject to
Tests full of bubbles,
Tests that determine
Where lie my troubles.
My ears can take no more of this talk.
I am more than a statistic.
