From the beginning of our birth,
The world sputters indecipherable wavering vibrations,
To be engraved into every inch of our being,
dissolving into the translucent inferring sphere of our minds,
At a glance...
Years are
Engraved on the forehead
Eroded by concealer
Souls are
Peering from the eyes
Blocked by avoidance
Ignorance is
Spoken boastfully
To those who will listen
Foolish young man
Head over heels in love
But the maiden you adore isn’t an innocent pure dove
She bats her eyes
She giggles and flirts
She’ll soften you up, and stabs your hurts when it most hurts
