So you call yourself a patriot?
One who supports this dreaded land?
You find yourself proud of this
Of all we have destroyed?
They always told me
"You write too much"
So, I stopped.
At the dinner table,
They'd silence me
With their glaring eyes.
And all I could do was painfully smile
There are days I could scream
scream at the top of my lungs,
scream untuil my voice is gone,
silenced like my voice is now.
I could scream and never be heard,
so I do not even open my mouth.
Dear Little Princess,
