I am a retired high school and college professor. The last 10 years of my teaching was as a college professor of literature and writing. I have self-published one book of prayers and meditations and am preparing another book of poetic odes to faith and love.

I dream the dream of two pillars,
promising greatness and safety;
one a mirrored reflection -
reaching into the void of life;
they haunt...
A not so docile carcajou,
a gray concrete world -
surrounding a small patch of grass.
A world of street stick ball
and dark alleys...
Divine Principle:
Spirit, Life, Truth, Love,
All in one God.
Wisdom and Being -
Eternal Life,
our true God.
