Wishes roll in like a fog
An ethreal glow added to
My dream-like state.
Wishes, which turn into words,
Tickling my feet and
My heart...
People praise my positivity,
but they can't see my dreams.
I've dreamt the far off corners
of darkness where monsters lurk
and evil...
My head has been emptied
like a pitcher that was supposed to be filled with water
and suddenly fought to pour out tar.
Sickly black now...
You lost her love.
I didn't think it was possible,
but you did.
Not quickly.
She still gets those eyes, sometimes,
