Young and Dumb

If there's one thing I know, it's not how to right a poem
How do I make my words rhyme and flow?

Up until now, I thought I knew it all.
I don't need anybody, not a mom or a dad.
but see, I was wrong.

Age of 16, thought I knew love.
Met a boy, showed me a whole new world.
I was put back on my feet.
but that only lasted so long.

Age of 17, had a life that was ahead of me.
I knew it too, knowing made me become lazy.
Drugs landed into my system, grades slipped.
but I was 17 and knew it all.

Age of 18, ooooh I'm so old.
Legally an adult, so I must now it all.
College comes, same as high school I say.
But grades showed otherwise.

Thats when I realized, I'm young and dumb.
A life ahead of me, there's no way I know it all.
