you.

Were you too misinformed to see clearly,
Of how they were destroying your own soul?
You opened your mind to them so simply,
As if there was not a blood-lusting hole.
We use to dream together of beauty,
And sacrificing more to this dead world.
So when you let them neglect your duty,
I was pushed- I watched as we all unfurled.
Time worked as a jail that only let screams
Cascade the family that was once love.
You let them teach you terrifying schemes,
As if they were your monarch from above.
Oh, but my love, were you too blind to see,
The poisons you took created debris?
