Why the Wind Howls

Location

The wandering wind, a playful dog,/ Floats into the city, desperate for love./ Nudging people playfully, puffing, blowing lovingly,/ Would be satisfied with the slightest smile,/ But not even that is given./ They zip up their jackets and go on their way./ Unloved, unwanted, alone./ Tail tucked, it fades into the night to continue its fruitless search.
