Wedding Vows

I always remember the blithe in your laughter-
Like the spring, the rush of waters.
Oh what a moment we shared
Running wildly, watching seagulls in the air.
I always remember the serenity of your voice,
The “hush” of a cold breeze in a wind’s noise,
The melody we sang on cold nights-
A promise of eternity, you’ll never leave me behind.
I always remember your fading warm breath,
The seduction when you hold me so sweet.
Seems like tomorrow will never come
When I think of kisses under the sun.
I always remember the scintillation in your eyes,
Your caress is a great surprise.
I always remember memories of you,
A sign a of happy ending, so never bid adieu.
I always remember the wedding bells,
As well as the coins on wishing wells.
I always remember the days when we were together
Every second feels like forever.
