Ups&Downs: Friends

They pick me up when I’m down

Turn my frown to a smile

They make life last longer than a while

I’ll keep them around

For my friends I’d run a mile.

At the end of the day

I’ll always care

Fake friends will never be there

Some say

That life isn’t fair,

But how is it not fair

When I got friends to share this life with

And we show them how to live this life.

Time on the beach is all we need

To get away from the hate

To find real people and real friends

Is never too late.

What else can I say

I love you all

Nothing left to say except I love you all

I thank God for you all

Because without my team I can’t ball

And without a backbone I would fall.

If I ever need you

You’re one call away

If you ever need me

I’m one call away

One call away

You’re blessed

So don’t stress

Do your part

And God has the rest.
