I forget that the fall leads to a rise.
Because as you descend there must
always be room to ascend
And the same can be said for climbing,
only to tumble down mercilessly
Just as there is a valley at the base of the mountain
And the mountain is always a difficult trek
The mountain must end
And we must descend again
To reach the next
So when the hawk swoops
It provides the speed
To lift its wings and fly past our visible sky
And when we rapidly spiral downwards
We often provide the pace
That sets us in motion again
to reach our next high.
