I still think about you

I never stopped.

Saw no reason to, I guess.

I thought about your room

your old one

about how hot it was in there

Or your new one

and how cold it is

But you never changed

or, my vision of you at least.

You're still you in my head.

Someone, the only one,

that brought it into me.

Those moments, only yours and mine,

ours, if you'd like to call it,

are still burned into my consciousness.

I never forgot, don't think I did.

There are a lot of commas in this poem,

kind of like us, it pauses, but doesn't end.
