Two Minutes

Two Minutes

Every year, there are more and more damaged humans,

from every age, race, gender, and places.

Those predators are shameless and ruined

and they will hunt and disguise their faces.

Desperate to have someone by their side,

someone who does not give their approval.

Victims’ innocence had completely died.

The agony burns like a chemical,

and the memory will crush their spirits.

No one should ever experience this,

but it does happen every two minutes.

It really should not be hard to miss.

People joke about it all of the time;

sexual assault is a real-life crime.
