Through the Mirror

Location

Standing in front of the mirror staring at your face and body

Looking at all your imperfections feeling like a nobody

You don't fit in, you think you are heavy and hideous

God created you perfectly beautiful people who tell you wrong are idiots

It's time to see through the mirror at what's really important

Your personality, your values and your compassion towards other

That's what is truly beautiful, as you learned this lesson from your mother

Being pretty hurts and being perfect is not all that special

Having flaws and imperfections makes you human all the way down to your last freckle

Be who you are and be who God created you to be

Because being yourself and nice towards other is the kind of pretty everybody wants to see
