They know our power Do you? Were not our enemy But we are seen to be What a big ass masquerade we decided to not know truth because we're afraid of fear So we go back to ignorance and continue doing what we question Is it because that's what we are told? It enters into our subconscious and we blindly believe it Since we're told we are nothing but niggas and threats, we believe it because that's all we know But whose fault is that? A blame can be justified but we can also take responsibility for what,we have not done to COME TOGETHER when we speak about our children falling off Not only that but stop taking the high road Heavens stairways isn't always the answer Sometimes devils advocate is the righteous way We get mad for the things being done to US but we accept those people in OUR world Is it fear of not being accepted? Fear of being painted as what they did to us? Blacks are racists, by what system? Be unapologetic Be real Sugar coated lied can only run us dry and leave us begging for sweet fruits we've neglected Were the only ones told and majority listens, When they say we accepted you, or be vermin And were confused as to what our next move is That's because they know our power And we don't We don't because we follow behind them We seek help from them We forgive them before we forgive our own We accept them to take our culture and get more praise for it than,we do when we created it We allow them to educate our children Were fighting a system that'll never be fixed Were so stuck on being the same as them that we forget or neglect that we are being hunted and preyed on like a mantis to a bug They know we're we came from They know who we were/are They know what, our people did They know we were FIRST But we don't And that's why most of us are lost like atlantis, but I have hope we can return I'll let that sink in so you can finally THINK
