You look at us.

You know our names,

But you don't know who we are.

We're more than assigned seats

and late papers.

We're hopes,

and dreams,

and wishes on a star.

You don't ask who our friends are

or why we cry at night

It's obvious all you care bout is if we're wrong or right.

So we all turn in our homework as you read a list of our first names.

We're too afraid to ask for help and the teachers are too blame.
