I once read a book that said "Life is difficult"

Those three words hit the most out of just one page I read

Those three words taught me a small life lesson for my future ahead

That life is difficult

It said this understanding is key to true joy

That, in my case, it also helps me become a man from a boy

Just from the three simple words "Life is difficult"

With these words, I will be partially ready for when life spins around

With these words, it is just a part of happiness I have found

And yes, I know, I am young and still have much to learn

But with this knowledge, it is eventually joy I will earn
